This page describes the current static browser demo, not a future commercial app. It is a technical data-handling notice, not a promise about third-party hosting infrastructure.
Where do uploaded CSV files go?
The inventory and Freshness Lab CSV importers read selected files with JavaScript in your own browser. These browser demo pages have no CSV upload endpoint. The separate Cloud Beta pages use Supabase Authentication and a cloud product catalog; they are not connected to demo CSV uploads. Refreshing the page clears imported dataset state and restores examples.
What is saved?
Your theme and language preferences may be saved locally using browser localStorage. The original Live Demo and Freshness Lab do not save imported CSV files. The separate v7 Inventory Manager intentionally saves demo product names, batches, quantities, and movement notes to localStorage on this device until you clear site data or press Reset sample. These records are not sent to a StokLensa database. CSV export downloads a copy to your device only when you choose that action.
Experimental Cloud Beta (v9): Registration/login are provided by Supabase Auth. Test-store names, product names, SKU, units and reorder points are stored in the Supabase project, linked to the authenticated account. Supabase may process email addresses, account metadata, session details, and database activity. This is separate from the browser-only Inventory Manager, and there is no automatic synchronization. Data can remain in Supabase after logout or browser reset. Use fictional information only and do not use this service for actual operations. No payment or Claude AI integration is enabled. Analytics and third parties
The browser inventory demo has no tracking or AI calls. The optional Cloud Beta pages load Supabase JavaScript and connect to Supabase Auth and database. Cloudflare hosts these web pages. If this website is later hosted publicly, the hosting provider may process technical connection information under its own policies.
Is analysis a guarantee?
No. Shelf life is provided or estimated by the person uploading the data. Quality, temperature, packaging, damage, seasonal demand, and supplier delays are not captured in this prototype. Always verify physical condition and operational requirements before acting.
Browser-only Inventory Manager beta
StokLensa Inventory Manager v7 persists its trial records only in this browser profile. Other devices and browsers will not see them. Clearing browser data can remove them. We do not offer authenticated access, backup, or customer-data separation; use fictional test data only.
Data to avoid in the demo
Use fictional or properly authorized business data. Do not upload confidential employer documents, supplier agreements, personal information, or data you are not authorized to process.
Before commercial launch
The customer workspace PREVIEW still uses fictional sample data and local browser calculations; it has no paid accounts, payment collection, or persistent server-side storage. The separate Cloud Beta stores test account and product catalog data in Supabase. A production service would need dedicated security controls, company contact information, appropriate terms, a revised privacy policy, and authentication. No paid subscriptions or AI calls are active in this release.
